STUDIES REVEAL THE EFFECTIVENESS OF VACCINES IN COLOMBIA

TRANSFORMATION IN TOURISM TECHNOLOGY

BIG DATA has completely transformed many sectors of the tourism industry. But it comes into question whether big data as it has been managed so far is the right path or is it definitely going to come to an end. “What the sector needs now is relevant information in the form of actionable insights from the analysis of multiple data sources,” explained Carlos Cedra, director of marketing and sales at tourism intelligence provider Mabrian.

A clear objective in these moments of life is: to go from offering information to giving informed answers. The path to achieve this is not easy because it requires a search for a balance between powerful tourism intelligence tools and in-depth knowledge of the tourism sector. At this time, for tourism to emerge, rapid and efficient solutions are required.
