Our travel agency has been certified in ISO 9001 quality in the sectoral standards AV01 (Reservation and sales) - AV02 (customer service) - AV03 (infrastructure) since 2006. NTS TS 003 (Sustainability in travel agencies).

In April 2016, the Business Environmental Program certification was obtained in its Level III granted by the Ministry of the Environment year after year in its Environmental Business Management Program, as a guarantee of compliance in the development of environmental programs and an environmental management system towards sustainable production of the city.

In 2020, as a result of the pandemic, we have developed the Check in security protocol certificate as a commitment to good practices for our clients.
